All the authors are invited to submit abstract limited to 400 words. The notification (acceptance/rejection) will be informed within 2 weeks after the abstract submission.
The final manuscript must be a PDF file with the file size less than 2MB.

Full Paper Submission (Deadline: May 31, 2019)
After the acceptance, authors are required to submit full papers. Authors can upload their full papers via online.
Full papers will be reviewed, and revised papers will be published in ISBN proceedings.
Full paper - 4 to 10 pages; Times New Roman with Single Space.
The final manuscript must be a PDF file with the file size less than 2MB.
